Investigating - Apha3Cloud would like to let you know that we are currently experiencing issues with our chat and ticketing system in the Prague Cloud, and we are working on resolving the issue.
At the moment, we are unable to accept and process chats. Customers can still contact us directly via support@alpha3cloud.com, and we will process urgent requests and help with any issues experienced.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance of our API server has been completed.
IMPACT: There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were unable to perform calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel), for about 5 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface occurred.
